For this, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note that reverse pick up take a minimum of 48 hours. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we do a thorough quality check and then initiate the process to credit the amount back into your Femella wallet in the form of store credit.
When you opt to exchange an item purchased by you, our delivery agent accepts the package from you only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and has all the tags attached to it.
